The Baron of Midnight is weakened during the day and is not especially powerful for most of the night. However, during the hour beginning at 0000 hours and ending at 0059 hours (Celestial Time), he is nearly omnipotent. For the duration of the time period which is his Estate, the Baron may perform any miracle at all as a simple miracle within a thirteen-mile radius around himself.
