Whenever someone says or writes the name of a Noble with this Gift, the Power knows! If they'd like, they can incarnate in the mention of their name for the rest of the scene, so that they can hear any prayers spoken to them/overhear any plotting against them. This Gift is pretty flexible about what counts as a Noble's name. Birth names, assumed titles, nicknames, codenames assigned to them by people trying to circumvent the Gift; all of it works.
