Nick Rojo is the Power of Fighting Games, a renowned warrior in the Valde Bellum but also kind of a loser. He wields the essence of his Estate against the subtle scheming of the Excrucians, transforming any conflict into something that can be resolved with over-the-top kung fu action. Deceivers despise him; several Warmains think he's kind of cute. Unfortunately, his availability as an ally is hamstrung by how terrible he is at keeping up his social life. Any Powers that want his help are probably going to have to help him patch things up with his girlfriend, help him organize a party at the last minute, or something similar.

Domain Miracle Chart
0: Nick can sense when the Estate of Fighting Games comes under attack.
1: Nick can conjure up fighting game characters, items, or special attacks. These things have substance, but are mostly incapable of having meaningful effects.
2: Nick can learn basic, mundane details about fighting games just by asking.
2: Nick can open up a channel of conversation with a fighting game, allowing him to talk with it and try to convince it to do thing it might have otherwise done anyway.
3: Nick can strengthen or preserve a fighting game, or fuel a game so that it can be played even in the absence of batteries/electricity. He could also strengthen and enhance any fighting game characters or items he's made with Creations.
4: Nick can create fighting game characters, items, or special attacks in real life, giving them full reality.
5: Nick can destroy fighting games with a thought, or erase any fighting game things that have been brought into the real world.
5: Nick can ask the whole of fighting games what they know about anything else. He can also glean a limited insight into the future by using fighting games to simulate future conflicts.
6: Nick can change the location, context, destiny, or purpose of a fighting game. He could pull himself and an opponent into the virtual arena of a Street Fighter game, or give a specific arcade game of being used to resolve the next potential World War before it starts.
6: Nick can vastly strengthen a fighting game, giving one of his virtual creations nigh-invincibility or sustaining a game so that it no longer needs electricity to function.
7: Nick can create or control fighting game things on an unlimited scale. He could conjure up an army of virtual martial artists, wish an international fighting tournament into being, or create enough copies of Super Smash Bros to give to every child in New York.
8: Nick can destroy fighting games on an unlimited scale. This is mostly useful if an army of virtual martial artists has gotten out of control, or if the children of New York have abandoned school en masse to stay home and play games.
9: Nick can perform large-scale miracles of movement or dharma upon fighting games. He could bring the fictional history of the Street Fighter series into reality, or change the context of a fighting game so that it is universally considered high art rather than popular entertainment.
Persona Miracle Chart
0: Nick can see when people have a strong connection to fighting games–pro players, game designers, martial artists with secret kung fu, etc.
1: Nick can bless things with a little bit of the nature of fighting games. He can give them a slight edge when resolving conflicts through martial arts, make them a little bit more fun, make them a bit more likely to get into fights with master martial artists, make their fighting a little more stylized, or convert a bit of their martial prowess into minor displays of supernatural power (ki auras, etc.). Alternatively, he can reverse this effect, making things a bit less like fighting games.
2: Nick can manifest his spirit within a particular fantasy, mentally entering into it as a virtual avatar of himself.
3: Nick can apply a property of the Estate of Fighting Games to himself, gaining it as an affliction for as long as he sustains this miracle. He can give himself the power to resolve any conflict with his kung fu, become a fun guy to be around, make himself extremely likely to be pitted against premier martial arts, make his fighting a blur of stylized ultraviolence, or convert his kung fu skills into supernatural techniques like hadokens and kamehamehas.
4: Nick can transform something into a fighting game. He can convert real things into virtual versions of themselves, complete with cool fighting moves, or transform other works of media into fighting games (Pride and Prejudice: Turbo Showdown Edition!). He can also invest things with one or more of the properties of the Estate of Fighting Games.
5: Nick can strip the essence of fighting games away from things, converting the virtual or the mundane or shunting a fighting game off into some other genre. He can also strip the properties of his Estate from things, making them less capable of resolving conflict via violence, less fun, less likely to get into unlikely fights with kung fu greats, make their fighting totally gritty and realistic, or cripple their ability to do magic kung fu.
5: Nick can incarnate his spirit within hundreds or thousands of fighting games on Earth, or a smaller number scattered throughout the cosmos. He can also incarnate in the legendary fighting games of primal realms, such as Heaven Fighter Ultimate.
6: Nick can change how someone's destiny relates to fighting games. He could bless someone with the skills to become the greatest player in the world, declare that an arcade will become home an old school fighting game renaissance, or bind someone to never know love until they can beat him in Mortal Kombat.
6: Nick can emulate fighting games with complicated, massive, and large scale effects. He can become capable of ending wars with his kung fu, become so fun that his presence becomes literally addictive, or convert his kung fu into city-leveling blasts of ki.
7: Nick can apply the properties of fighting games either on a vast scale or with greatly amplified effects. He could give everyone in Brazil supernatural powers commensurate to their fighting ability, or doom someone to run into one of the world's greatest fighters at least once a day.
8: Nick can withdraw the properties of his Estate either on a vast scale or with greatly amplified effects. He could take all the fun out of Las Vegas, or make an action star's violence so inherently unglamorous that everyone who sees his films ends up converting to pacifism.
9: Nick can make sweeping changes to the destinies of cities, continents, or even whole worlds insofar as they relate to fighting games. He could declare that all legal disputes on Earth must be resolved via Street Fighter, or bind a city to host a world-spanning martial arts tournament once a year.
Anchor: Aubrey
Aubrey is Nick's girlfriend. She knows that he is an incarnation of numinous power with divine kung fu and world-shaping magic, but still thinks he's kind of a dork. Nick has raised her to the level of a miraculous anchor through Aspect-empowered kung fu training. Her power is a supercharged version of her cynical personality, allowing her to drive anyone to despair with her snarky quips.
0: Aubrey has no upkeep cost, and can always mentally communicate with Nick. Any actions she takes while Nick is closely involved add +3 "miraculous Will" instead of her normal Willpower.
1: Nick can shift his consciousness into Aubrey's body.
2: Nick can invoke Aubrey as an extension of himself, taking actions through her and giving her 1 Edge.
3: Nick activates Aubrey's power, allowing her to drive enemies to despair with her cynicism as a mundane action. She gets 3 Edge when doing so.
4: Aubrey does something to help Nick of her own initiative. This is a level 4 miracle if it does something to help or strengthen Nick, but a mundane action if it attacks someone or does something not directly related to him.
4: Nick can summon Aubrey to him from anywhere within the local area.
5: Nick empowers Aubrey with miraculous force, giving her snark the force of a level 5 miracle. She also becomes capable of destroying the self-esteem of abstracts and concepts, although doing so is only a mundane action.
6: Nick amplifies Aubrey's power to the scope of a greater miracle, letting her bring low entire cities with her quips.
6: Nick uses Aubrey's transcendent cynicism to accomplish basically anything, although doing so might take longer than he expects.
7: Nick can instantly summon Aubrey to him from anywhere, and/or have her perform miracles on her own initiative.
8: Nick channels the essence of his being through Aubrey, unleashing a dual miracle that combines the fullness of who he is–kung fu master, devoted friend, kind of a loser–with his girlfriend's cynicism and snarkiness. He can also channel the Estate of Fighting Games through Aubrey, performing miracles of ego-shattering kung fu. While the exact effects of this are left deliberately ambiguous, they will always substantially alter the situation in Nick's favor, even given the miraculous and imperial forces in play.
9: Nick speaks an Imperial Miracle into the world through Aubrey, imposing a metaphysical truth of cynicism upon the world. This miracle must be sustained for an arbitrary length of time before the effect actually takes place.
Anchor: Celestial Yin-Yang Patch
The Celestial Yin-Yang Patch is sewn onto Nick's favorite shirt. It gives him the serenity and inner peace of a zen master, letting him resist mind-altering miracles through empty mind techniques and generalized Buddha-nature.
0: The Celestial Yin-Yang Patch has no upkeep cost, and can always mentally communicate with Nick.
1: Nick can shift his consciousness into the Celestial Yin-Yang Patch.
2: Nick can invoke the Celestial Yin-Yang Patch as an extension of himself, making it a +1 Tool for the purposes of keeping calm.
3: Nick activates the Celestial Yin-Yang Patch, allowing him to defend his mind against actions that would alter it as a mundane action. He gains 3 Edge when doing so.
4: The Celestial Yin-Yang Patch does something to help Nick of its own initiative. This is a level 4 miracle if it does something to help or strengthen Nick, but a mundane action if it attacks someone or does something not directly related to him.
4: Nick can summon the Celestial Yin-Yang Patch onto his shirt from anywhere within the local area.
5: Nick empowers the Celestial Yin-Yang Patch with miraculous force, giving its defense the strength of a level 5 miracle. It also provides a layer of defense against metaphysical or abstract effects that disrupt Nick's "inner balance," but this only counts as a mundane action..
6: Nick amplifies the Celestial Yin-Yang Patch's power to the scope of a greater miracle, turning its defense into an all-encompassing mental shield comparable to a Greater Preservation.
6: Nick uses the serenity and spiritual balance granted to him by the Celestial Yin-Yang Patch to achieve basically anything, although doing so might take longer than he expects.
7: Nick can instantly summon the Celestial Yin-Yang Patch onto his shirt from anywhere, and/or have it perform miracles on her own initiative.
8: Nick channels the essence of his being through the Celestial Yin-Yang Patch, unleashing a dual miracle that combines the fullness of who he is–kung fu master, devoted friend, kind of a loser–with the spiritual balance of a Buddha. He can also channel the Estate of Fighting Games through the Patch, performing miracles of kung fu enlightenment. While the exact effects of this are left deliberately ambiguous, they will always substantially alter the situation in Nick's favor, even given the miraculous and imperial forces in play.
9: Nick speaks an Imperial Miracle into the world through the Celestial Yin-Yang Patch, imposing a metaphysical truth of enlightenment and zen transcendence upon the world. This miracle must be sustained for an arbitrary length of time before the effect actually takes place.
